When we share news of the backwards technology and mobile services available in the DPRK (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea), it is usually to marvel at how far behind things are running, and occasionally poking fun at the glorious leader, Kim Jong Un.Indeed, Kim has had help from other weird social icons like Dennis Rodman.
