Where there's smoke, there's fire - we've been hearing about a potential sequel to last year's "mini" version of HTC's flagship, and the company didn't disappoint. HTC One mini 2 just got announced, and the most notable thing about it is that it eschews the UltraPixel camera line of HTC for a 13 MP backside-illuminated sensor.
