Micromax launched the Unite 2 A106, the company's latest budget phone and its first smartphone running on Android 4.4 (KitKat) recently at Rs. 6,999. Micromax had launched several smartphones with similar specifications, but this has a 4.7-inch WVGA IPS screen and packs 1GB of RAM that is not seen on other Micromax devices in this budget.
