Windows Phone 8.1 still hasn't pushed out in wide release, but that won't stop the rumor mill from looking into when we could expect to see Windows 9 and Windows Phone 9. There had been rumors saying that Microsoft might even try pushing out Windows 9 late this year, but that rumor had always seemed pretty unlikely.
