Samsung testing Android 4.4.3 on Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S4

The latest version of Android KitKat may still be a ways off, but that's not stopping Samsung from being hard at work integrating it into its Galaxy lineup. If the recent leaked internal update status report is to believed, it appears that the Galaxy S5 and S4 flagships are in the process of integrating. However, other midrange and budget Samsung models like the Galaxy S3 LTE and Galaxy S4 mini are just about ready for prime time. Some devices could skip the Android 4.4.2 update altogether and get 4.4.3 directly. The latest KitKat update is currently only being integrated with Samsung's own software and features, as Google's own services and apps won't be available until it rolls out officially - something that will likely not be available until after Google's I/O conference this coming June. As far as what's included, our look at the leaked Android 4.4.3 features indicate that it's dominated mainly by bug fixes and optimizations, so don't expect any redesigned interface or new apps. Be sure to check back with us for more on the upcoming Android 4.4.3 KitKat...
