T-Mobile halts Samsung Galaxy S5 update because of bug

T-Mobile customers totin' the Samsung Galaxy S5 were eagerly awaiting the update that would bring software version G900TUVU1ANE5 to their phone. Why? Because the update was supposed to include a can of Raid to exterminate all of the bugs that were playing havoc with SMS and MMS messaging on the device.



But as it turns out, there was a problem with the update. Those who loaded it up on their phone either via an OTA update or via Kies, found that it slowed download speeds while decreasing LTE coverage. And while the problems with the update weren't affecting every Galaxy S5 user on T-Mobile, ...
