Samsung held a special press event in Taiwan, where it announced the availability of LTE-capable devices including the Galaxy S5, Galaxy Note 3, Note 3 Neo and introduced a new entry-level smartphone dubbed Galaxy Core Lite. Samsung Galaxy Core Lite features a 4.7" WVGA display and runs on Snapdragon 400 chipset with a quad-core Cortex-A7 processor and 1GB of RAM. The other specs highlights are a 5MP rear camera with a LED flash, 8GB expandable storage, LTE connectivity and a 2,000 mAh battery. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean is ticking inside the Galaxy Core Lite and it's unclear when and if it will ever get to Android 4.4 KitKat.
