First off all: this was something of an inevitability, and this will likely be the one and only time we bother with a comparison like this. That said, Android Wear now officially has more apps than Google Glass. This is a fairly interesting happening, given that developers have been working with Glass for over a year, and Android Wear has been on the market for one week.Of course, that doesn't really tell the whole story.
