Out of China comes word on Wednesday, that the Windows Phone 8.1 personal assistant Cortana will be coming to the country next week. Right now, only those Windows Phone 8.1 units in the U.S. have access to the service. Microsoft is planning on making this a big deal, with invitations being sent out for an event in the country, scheduled for July 30th.
