The new HTC Desire 516 is a dual SIM handset that offers a 5-inch qHD (540 x 960) display, a 5MP rear camera, 2MP front-facing camera, quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 processor, 1GB of RAM, and 4GB of expandable memory.
