
The latest numbers from comScore, show that for the three months ended in May, iOS had 41.9% of the U.S. smartphone market. That was a gain of .6 percentage points from the three month average ended in February. Considering that Android's U.S. market share was flat over the same time period, it means that iOS has narrowed its gap with Android from 10.8 percentage points to 10.2 pp. Windows Phone was flat at 3.4%.
