It's great to have a good imagination, sure. But do you know what's even better? Having a dad who can use special effects to put you inside all of your favorite movies and games. Awwww heck yes.
James Hashimoto is among the luckier kids on Earth, because his dad—Dreamworks animator Daniel Hashimoto—like to do exactly that, splashing a little Adobe AfterEffects on to home movies to turn them into awesome action scenes. Action Movie Kid Part One was pretty great, and now it's got the sequel it deserves. So sit back and just imagine how much less goofy those videos of you playing Star Wars would look if only they had a some decent effects.
