Launch of iOS 8 has a hitch; HealthKit compatible apps are removed from the App Store

Check your iOS powered device, because Apple has started to push out iOS 8 to eagerly awaiting iDevice users. Actually, not all Apple devices will be receiving the update. You must have the Apple iPhone 4s or newer, the Apple iPad 2 or newer or the Apple iPod touch 5th generation. While Apple continues to push out the update, things are not going perfectly well for the Cupertino gang this afternoon.



According to a tweet from developer Brian Mueller, Apple has removed all HealthKit compatible apps from the App Store. The list includes Mueller's own Carrot Fit, calorie counter MyFitnessPal, ...
