Good night, Chicago

Good night, Chicago

I like Chicago. The city is clean, the architecture is nice, Wrigley Field is fun, a river cuts through it and the lake is right there. I wanted to make fun of the Bean but it drew me in like a mosquito about to be zapped. And hey, I realized that I don't really like ketchup when I visited Chicago. It's a nice place.

This time lapse by Eric Hines gives you a few glimpses of that. He writes:

Cityscape Chicago II is a personal timelapse piece that I have worked on periodically over the past two years. The inspiration behind the project ties similarly with the original piece. As the city of Chicago continues to change, my fascination with it grows as well. The goal for me is always to capture the city in a unique way from new perspectives, and to continue exploring it.

And here was his first time lapse of Chicago:

This is part of a series in which we are featuring beautiful time-lapses of cities and remarkable locations all over the world. If you are a photographer with high quality work or have any favorite from another person, please drop me a line here.
