Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Sprint version) gets a price cut, though this doesn't make it affordable

A couple of weeks ago, when Sprint started taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, it surprised its customers by asking $349.99 (on contract) for the handset - $50 more than what Verizon and AT&T are charging. Fortunately, Sprint has now lowered the price to $299.99, thus matching the prices asked by the two larger US carriers. The off-contract price of Sprint’s Note 4 hasn’t changed, so you’ll have to pay $720 if you want to buy it free of any agreement.



It’s not clear what happens to customers who pre-ordered the Galaxy Note 4 when it was priced at $349.99. Hopefully, Sprint ...
