Last year's Motorola Moto G getting update to Android 4.4.4 in the U.S.

* Own the original version of the Motorola Moto G? The unlocked U.S. handset received Android 4.4.3 in June and that update added some of Motorola's new features at the time, along with parts of Android 4.4.4. Doing that cut the size of the phone's new OTA update to just 21MB, while keeping the changelist to a minimum.



According to Motorola, the OTA update will make the OG Moto G more stable. It also adds security fixes, including one to OpenSSL. The power profile will also be improved thanks to Android 4.4.4. The update will also allow those filming a video to pause at a specific spot, and ... *
