Meizu M1 Note Mini to be announced on January 28, seems to be a Xiaomi Redmi 2 competitor

* Meizu recently surprised us with the introduction of the M1 Note (aka Blue Charm), a 1080p, octa-core smartphone that costs just $160 (at least in China). A smaller and even cheaper version of the M1 Note should be announced later this month, on January 28 - not on January 27, as previously reported.



The new handset could be called Meizu M1 Note Mini, reportedly offering a 5-inch display (most likely with 720 x 1280, not 1080 x 1920 pixels), LTE connectivity, and a 64-bit processor made by MediaTek. It's said that the M1 Note Mini will cost around $100, thus being Meizu's response to the ... *
