Want to watch the new Netflix orignal series Sense8? Then here's how to to just that on your Apple device.
Netflix's latest, and perhaps biggest original series, Sense8 is now available to watch. All 12 episodes of this first season are now available to subscribers through Netflix's site, as well as its mobile apps.
On your iPhone or iPad, you can download the Netflix app from the App Store. You can also use the iOS app with a Chromecast, if that's your thing. You can watch the series through your Apple TV. On your Mac, you can watch through Netflix's website with your favorite web browser.
And just what, you may ask, is Sense8 all about? First of all, it comes from the minds of The Wachowskis, best known as the writers and directors of the Matrix movie trilogy. The duo teamed up with J. Michael Straczynski, the creator of the famed sci-fi TV series Babylon 5, to write all the episodes and The Wachowskis directed several of them. Here's the brief but official description:
One gunshot, one death, one moment out of time that irrevocably links eight minds in disparate parts of the world, putting them in each other's lives, each other's secrets, and in terrible danger. Ordinary people suddenly reborn as "Sensates."
While the actors playing the eight main roles are relative unknowns, the cast of this epic series does include a number of well-known faces such as Daryl Hannah, Lost's Naveen Andrews, Doctor Who's Freema Agyeman and The Wachowskis' former Matrix cast member Joe Pantoliano.
