Alcatel is not sparing any price points in its newest portfolio of OneTouch Android phones, as usual, including something for the lowest of low tags - the Pixi First. The soapy-shaped handset has a 4-inch display which goes into a 9.7mm chassis that is "amongst the slimmest 4-inch handsets on the market." We are inclined to believe that claim, as there aren't many such Androids still floating around.
