A new Lumia handset has visited the FCC. The RM-1090 is an unannounced model that has shown up in AdDuplex's logs in China and Taiwan. AdDuplex is a mobile ad network that helps cross-promote over the Windows Phone platform. Similar to the information found in the FCC documents, AdDuplex discovered that the screen on this handset comes with a resolution of 540 x 960 (qHD). And the FCC paperwork indicates that this phone will offer support for Dual SIM cards.
